Your account

You need an account to use DeltaCrab. Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us at support@deltacrab.com if you suspect someone else is using your account.

The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for the members they invite and for what is done in the workspace.

Trial and plans

Each new account gets a 14-day trial. When it ends without a plan, the workspace becomes read-only: your data stays available and exportable, and new conversations stop.

The plan costs US$ 10 per month and includes one agent; each extra agent costs US$ 5 per month. Prices on the site and at checkout are the ones that apply. Taxes may be added where required.

Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Plan & billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use DeltaCrab to send spam or unsolicited messages, to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to spread malware, or to try to access data that is not yours. Do not overload or probe the service beyond normal use.

We may suspend a workspace that puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk, and we will tell the owner why unless the law prevents it.

Your content and your customers' data

Conversations, contacts, articles and settings you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide DeltaCrab to you.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your customers' data through DeltaCrab and for telling them how you use it. For that data we act as a processor on your behalf, as described in the privacy policy.

AI answers

AI answers are generated from the articles you allow and can be wrong. You choose whether AI replies automatically, and a person can take over any conversation.

When you use your own model key, your use of that provider is also governed by their terms and billing.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DeltaCrab available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change features; if a change removes something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, DeltaCrab is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited, including consumer rights.

Ending the service

You can delete a workspace at any time in Settings after cancelling its plan; deletion removes its data permanently. Export your data first if you want a copy.
