Try before you pay

Every account starts with a 14-day trial, so you can test DeltaCrab before you subscribe.

Cancel at any time

Cancel in Plan & billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace becomes read-only. You are not charged again.

Refunds

If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. Write to support@deltacrab.com from the owner's email with the workspace name.

After that, payments for periods already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or when the service failed on our side.

Adding agents mid-period is charged proportionally; removing them reduces the next invoice.
